Tennyo Powers: Chidori is one of the rare descendants of Ceres, a Celestial Maiden that came to earth many years before. As her descendant, she has the abilities and powers of celestial maidens. These descendants are also called, c-genomers. The scientists of the C-Genomer Project named her, the Pallas Type.
* Transformation - Because of her Tennyo powers, Chidori's body stopped maturing. So despite being a teenager, she had the body of an elementary school girl. When she uses her Tennyo powers, her body transforms and becomes her real age. Unlike Aya, Chidori can transform anytime and anywhere she wants.
* Flight - Part of her Tennyo powers is flight. She inherited from Ceres.
* Creation - Chidori is actually more powerful than the regular c-genomers, especially when she is mad. She was forced to be one of the c-genomers to create a Celestial Robe, a powerful source of celestial powers. And she actually made better progress than a group of other c-genomers did.
* Destruction- When Chidori is mad, it is difficult for her to control her powers and emotions. She has the potential to destroy everything in her path.
* Protection - Before she died, she and Suzune made a special headband just for Yuhi. It was so that she could protect him --- even after she died.
Personality:
Chidori looks and acts like a regular elementary school student, but looks can be deceiving. She is actually fifteen years old and a powerful c-genomer. She is also craftier and smarter than she looks. She was smart enough to track Yuhi and Aya down with just a photo she accidentally took of Ceres and Yuhi. The first time she meets Yuhi and Aya, she blackmails them so that they would help her cure her brother --- and maybe help fullfil her brother's wish to fly.
She loves her brother and Chidori blamed herself for her brother's paralysis and their parents' deaths. They had died to protect them and it was because of her that they were riding the bus that day. She insisted that they went to see a movie. It was also ever since then that Chidori's body stopped maturing.
Chidori remains quite cheerful and fun-loving despite the death of her parents, believing she needed to be strong for her brother. She doesn't show it but she hates it that she got out of the accident with only a scar yet her brother couldn't use his legs anymore and crushing his dreams of ever becoming a pilot.
Like many female teenagers, Chidori likes boys but with her body looking like a little girl it was difficult to attract decent boys. But it is clear that Chidori doesn't mind flirting and seducing boys, especially Yuhi whom she really likes. In her Tennyo form, she is incredibly aware and confident of her sex appeal.
She is wiser and smarter than people giver credit for. She can even be wiser and smarter than Aya. At times she acts like Aya's older sister. Chidori did not approve of her relationship with Toya who was part of the Mikage Group that wanted to kill her and lets her know this by scolding her of the foolishness.
Despite being spoiled and a flirt, Chidori is incredibly selfless. She would do absolutely anything for the person she loves. She knew that Yuhi would never love her, but she still wanted him to be happy. So she also tried her best to get Aya to love Yuhi. Her love for him was also the reason she died. She died trying to protect him from a bullet from behind. But she died happy because she got to be with him in the very end.
Strengths:
+ In her Tennyo Form, Chidori is a very beautiful girl. Not surprising since Ceres, her ancestor was an incredibly beautiful woman. She uses this form to flirt and tease Yuhi.
+ She is a very powerful C-genomer and potentially more powerful than a group of other c-genomers. This is especially obvious when her emotions get away with her.
+ Incredibly protective of everyone she cares for and willing to die for them. Nothing makes Chidori angrier than hurting her brother. And also to protect Yuhi, she also helped to make a protective headband. Her death was due to her rescuing Yuhi. She didn't mind dying --- as long as Yuhi was unharmed.
+Very bright and cheerful. Despite the death of her parents, she tries hard and remains strong for her beloved brother.
+ Intelligent. She knows how to play something so that the situation will go her way. In other words, she is pretty crafty and will sometimes use blackmail to get her way. She doesn't mind taking advantage of her young looks to fool people either.
Weaknesses:
- Her normal form is that of a elementary school child.
- Spoiled. She has a bit of a spoiled personality and can use crafty means to get what she wants and to have things go her way.
- Impulsive. She does what she wants when she wants it and doesn't like waiting. She will tranform when she wants to tranform even though it drains her.

[ A cute elementary school kid with pigtails appears --- looking annoyed and angry. She had one hand on her hip and the other holding the device still. Once in a while shaking the device in annoyance demanding attention. Don't let that cute face fool you though. She ]
Hey! Kidnapper! Where are you?!
...coward.
[ Now she is becoming quite angry and a strange and strong aura was coming out of her. ]
Tell me where I am --- or else. I will get --- very very mad.
[ The light brown hair on her head already beginning to change a dark color. She was upset--- very clearly upset now. ]

Third Person Sample:
Confusion was the first thing Chidori felt when she opened her eyes. The pain and the blood from where she was shot was gone. Not even a scar was visible. Did she just imagine it? But she quickly dismissed that because the burning pain was definitely real. She could also remember the feeling of being carried on Yuhi's back and the promises he made her --- as he told her not to die. She knew that those were promises made in desperation and because Yuhi had a really good heart. It didn't matter for her her, because for a few minutes she could believe and pretend that Yuhi would be happy with her.
Deep in her heart though, she knew that he would never love her as much as he loved Aya. But in those few moments before she died, she was genuinely happy.
She remembered --- she died. So why was she alive? Was it possible that the power of the Celestial Robe had something to do with this? She remembered that the Celestial Robe didn't have the power to bring people to life. So... how?
Chidori frowned deeply. She didn't like this situation. She didn't like this at all.
"Yuhi! Aya! Stop kidding around! Come out!"
There was no reply. Her heart began pounding rapidly. Maybe she was recaptured by the Mikage family again. But Yuhi? Did that mean he was captured too. The Mikage family had no use for Yuhi... they wouldn't let him live.
She shook her head shaking, frightened for Yuhi's safety. "Yuhi, Yuhi... You bastards! What did you do to Yuhi!" In her rage, she her Tennyo Powers began to show itself. Her hair became darker and her eye color transformed to a lovely gold. She was mad. Seriously mad. If they thought that they could hurt Yuhi and get away with it. She would destroy Mikage --- she would destroy them all!
